oooops! Shouldn't have let my wife see those! Now I'll have to go find some too! How do you make those settings? The overall look is just fantastic, really really nice!

Mike Mike, Thank you, The settings all start as sheet, wire, bezel tape, and tube. I make all my setting from scratch and also make the tube setting for the gemstone.

You made cabs that were already breathtaking and brought them to a level that is just out of this world. I can imagine how your sister's eyes are going to light up when she opens her present.

It's hard to decide who did the better job. Mother nature in creating the Moave Turquoise, or you the silversmith. Both works are stunning!

So awesome. What is the gem? The gemstone is a 5mm lab grown pink tourmaline.

Thank you very much. The back on these was first run through a mill with some sandpaper and then the edgesand the rest of the background texture was done with the torch flame.

It does look really good though. Plus the settings are awesome, I love the different textures in the metal.

Phil: Dang man, that is stunning! I was going to buy that set when Jamie posted it, and it was sold, better it went to you because that is drop dead gorgeous! Man made or whatever it is still a striking stone, no doubt about it. Was she thrilled?

Man made or whatever it is still a striking stone, no doubt about it. Was she thrilled? Yes she liked it very much. I don't think I will know how much she really likes it for awhile as the holidays for her and my brother-in-law have been rather sad. Just before thanksgiving my step nephew was killed in a head on crash with a fire truck, and they are still trying to come to grips with it. The set is absolutely stunning in person. I actually picked the set up from Jamie and Rodney via their website which they dropped shipped to me for the gentlemen that makes it and cuts the cabs.
