Here's another one. This has to be one of my favorite pieces in my collection. I'm not sure which it is...but I'm thinking a coyomito. Still need to work a few scratches out and need to figure out how to properly photograph these specimans. The outside is all crystally... the ends... THANKS for any help. Steve

Beautiful specimen Steve! Coyamitos are somewhat famous for those sort of growths. I guess they form as pseudomorphs after spikey aragonite crystals. Love the way yours has all the crystals on the exterior. My favorite bolo tie has a purple coyamito tube agate in it....Mel
