Vintage Vibes?

When I bought my saw in late Summer, the guy threw in these two Lot-O's with a couple of barrels. They were missing their lids and I just got around to ordering them.

I don't know how old they are, but they are certainly well used and dirty! But, they both work!

A big thank you to Connrock! He hooked me up with some incredibly detailed instructions and tips.

I don't have everything I need. I just have the typical rotary grits and AO polish. So, I'll go to work cleaning the very dirty barrels thoroughly.

I have a quite a supply of reject agates of various sizes that have been well rounded in a rotary with 60/90. They're just too fractured to consider them for finished pieces. I'll use these as my guinea pigs! I'm just gonna start with the newer machine and try it out through 120/220 & 500 and see what happens while I order the rest of the stuff to finish them.

i like the lot-o's they are realy quiet for a vibe-- when i tried out kims i couldent believe how quiet and the polish is great hell i have two old lorton qt-66 that are a wierd kinda gold color and they keep runnin like new ones -- dont sell them old guys short prob outlast us both haha
