There are a variety of prong closing gizmos the cheapest being a square stem hand tool called a "prong pusher". There are also prong closing pliers tht look like bent chain nose with a groove in jaws. Bezels are closed using a rounded edge tool called a "bezel roller". Some even improvise with dowels.
