Beautiful batch of stones, lots of shine. The red stones stand out. Blow the dust out of the motor and a spot of 3&1 on the berrings might get it to run a while longer. We blew out the motors on the Lortones and they run cooler now. They collect a lot of dust on the bench. Debby and Tom

Nice job Steve! You're doing our local rocks proud!
It is a great shine, and not to take anything away from Steve's polish, Lakers are easier than a lot of rocks to bring to a high shine because they're so darn hard.

Thanks for the kind comments everyone! I think your right Chuck, the shining part is the easiest with the agates. It's the prep part... dealing with the pits and fractures and laying a good foundation that's challenging. The mixed hardness Jaspers can be a bugger to tumble though.

Sick of photos? How in the world could we be sick of photos like these? Good job gettin' the ol' Lot-o's up and runnin' again. JO

AGATE PORTRAITS IN RED!
I say, you are an artist of nature!
And that backlit sagenite could be Apollo 13 reentering Earth's atmosphere!
As for being local material, nice neighborhood!
