My kids all chipped in to buy my Lortone 33B tumbler from erocktumbling.com and since they ordered it on 12/17/09 added 2 day shipping. The tumbler didn't arrive until 2 days after X-Mas and they kept the extra money for the 2 day shipping.

I email erocktumbling.com and complained. As of this moment, no one has responded and I doubt they ever will. The price my kids paid with the extra shipping charge, they could have gotten the Lortone 33B tumbler kit, not just a tumbler.

AVOID!!!

I bought my Thumler A-R2 from them. They removed the Thumler instrcution booklet so that I could buy it back from them for an additional fee. Grrr! I phoned Thumler whio sent the book for free even though I had not purchased the tumbler from them.

Ever since, I have used The Rock Shed. They feature unbeatable prices and follow up with unbeatable service.
