Yep,I'm going back if I'm still breathing. They are closing for the next several weeks while they go to Tuscan. My bags were gettin' too heavy and my wallet was too light for everything I wanted snuffy

Snuffy: 356 miles from Livingston, 6 hours and fifteen minutes but I have to add 15 minutes to our ranch gate from the house and another 20 or 30 to town so it's actually at least 7 hours. Have to go get me a motel sometime and visit that shop though....Mel

*L* Sounds like old C.B. Lambert when I used to visit his place for crinoidal limestone over at San Saba. Just had to sit on the porch and hear the story of how one of his ancestors chased a Comanche Horse thief clear to the Mogollan Rim at the Arizona/New Mexico border, shot him, got the horse back and brought back a lance with a head of Balmorea Blue Agate which CB still had in his collection. That old guys gone to heaven now but man even in his old age he were a pistol *L*.....Mel

Awesome looking palm wood Snuffy. Load up the rest of the photos, we wanna see 'em!
Cool story Mel. Reminds me of a big old farmer that used to work at the mill with me. He too has passed on, but this guy could scare the pants off anyone! Gentile as a kitten though if he liked you. His name was "Big" John Eilers, what a great man to work with. I can still hear his laugh.
