I was watching 2 and a half men tonight. Anyone else ever notice the huge agate by where they watch TV? Kind of a bluish white one. Make me wonder if I've missed other rocks on TV over the years.

Haha, no, but I'll look for it the next time it's on.
I've been enjoying "How the Earth Was Made" on the Discovery Channel. Rocks are the stars of that show!

Gene Roddenberry of Star Trek fame was evidently a huge fan of decorative material. I vaguely remember seeing specimens adorning the shelves of some of the characters on his sci-fi series - especially the next generation.

Never noticed the agate but did see the fossil in the hallway by his bedroom door.

John - was gonna mention the fossil... Never did see the agate, but I did see the large ammonite in the hallway a couple weeks ago. I was all excited and yelled at the girlfriend.... I have dish network with the dvr so I was able to back up and show her LOL.
