Gosh, man, these are spectacular, too.. you've really liberated me with some shape ideas flowing more freely thru my mind as I throw some of your variations into my possible mix... you don't know, necc. unless/until you see certain shapes finished, how they'd work, and so now I know! Thanks!!

Man, you are really on a roll Randy! They are absolutely fantastic! I have a piece of the medicine bow that you gave me in the works right now. Maybe I will finish in a day or two but I am not sure I will get such a beautiful shine on mine! Fran

The shine comes from the canvas buffing pad and diamond paste that the Genie came with, it makes all the difference. Have you been using it?

Randy, you are a virtual cabbing and wire wrapping machine!!
Those are beautiful. I love the Max Lace best, but those unknowns are spectacular too!
The only rock shop close to me moved to Abilene a couple of years ago and took all their rock piles with them! BooHoo! I could spend the whole day rummaging through those rock piles.

No kidding, I usually spent a few hours digging through the rock pile at our local shop. It's a mix of everything know to humanity. lol

Dianne, here in Ekalaka we are surrounded by the Ekalaka hills, up to 1000 ft higher so not really the plains. Not sure that we're colder than Helena, only gets down to 30F below 0. Just move the cabber beside the wood stove and stay home. How are house prices in the big city? Here they go from $20k up to 1 house here w/a big shop for $75k.

30 below? Sounds to me like several months of nothing but cabbing, drinking, and sex. Are there any houses for sale?

Just move the cabber beside the wood stove and stay home. How are house prices in the big city? Here they go from $20k up to 1 house here w/a big shop for $75k. I'm not familiar with Ekalaka area, only been to Terry and Miles City once but just overnight stay. Helena doesn't get down below zero very often although we were at -20F a few days earlier in December. I think Helena is at 4000+ feet elevation with Macdonald Pass up to 6200ft. May have to come to Ekalaka to see how it compares. House prices in the "big city" are way above that, close to $200,000 for a small single family home. $75K sounds like a great buy to me. I think Randy's got the right idea, cabbing, drinking, and sex....lol, great ways to while away the time in the great white north...lol. How's the agate hunting in Ekalaka? Ok, sorry Randy for hijacking the thread. Do you have any pics of Medicine Bow agate? Sounds like that pile would keep me busy for quite a while. Looking forward to seeing more of your cabs. Diane Sorry Randy for hijacking the thread.
