Ok guys....I said I had an idea for the crystals Kap sent me, and I did....just took a few days to put together. My husband built the chest...after I kinda told him what I wanted, then I just did a little decorating......
hope ya like it!!!

Now for the surprise part....I have a few little things I treasure, from here on RTH. Was gonna do a shadow box, but just never really liked the idea, it looks cool and all, don't get me wrong, but I have to be different, not sure why, so here is what I told him I wanted.........

SO....there ya have it! A hide-a-treasure box!! I love it!!! It's now sitting up on my shelf. I have a few cabs in there made by some really sweet members here, NDK,Bejewelme,Tkrueger3,aunuts,& donna & Ken...these are ones I have kept as my little treasures, AND the inside of the box is lined with Julies leather, so I have a little bit of my friends here all over the box. I don't keep a lot of stuff that I do myself, I either give it away, or sell it...but when someone else gives me something....that's a total different story!!
Thanks for lookin'!!! And thanks again Kap for the crystals, I didn't use them all, yet, but they sure added a touch of crystally class to my little treasure chest!!!

No chromenut, she gives it away as long as you pay for the shipping. Look in the buy/sell thread for leather scraps title. The "scraps" are decent sized, and could me used for a number of things in my opinion....different colors to, but I think that depends on what she has on hand.....
Kap glad you like what I did with the crystals. I didn't even clean them, or anything, decided I wanted them natural! I just love this little chest, it's too cool!

Thanks everyone!!! I love the fact that I have a little piece of things given to me by some of you here...after all if it weren't for you guys, I wouldn't know squat...probably still don't!! LOL
Belinda - I did actually tell him I wanted him to make like 6 more....maybe a little different style on each one. This one is 8" x 4" x 4" (approx.) .......now I just gotta get him busy making them. he said he would if he had enough requests for them.......

Amber - another 1 is in progress....unfortunetly, we all got a head cold this past week, my son and I are over it now, but Tracy's decided to dettle in his throat and ears, and he is in bed. Might be a few days b-4 he gets started on these again, but maybe by next week we will have a couple ready. poor guy still has his tonsils!! uggh! SOOO glad I dont! I dont get strep throat or anything anymore, but he sure does!!
hot chicken noodle soup for supper tonight tho, that should help, along with lots of nyquil! LOL
