hey thanks for your response,,,that jade is from guatemala,found it in a stream off the east coast hwy.wow cutting that stuff is kinda wicked,i polished it with black walnut wood,that i had formed to get into the tight spots,,i would load up the wood with diamond paste on a piece of jade ,and apply lots of pressure on the wood tool as it was on the paste,the diamond paste would be forced into the wood,then start polishing,,,,oh well enough of the old mans storys,,,thanks ab
