So, I'm thinking about coming to Utah with my family for spring break this year. That's on the 23rd of this month. I'm thinking we may want to do some sort of day trip in the Salt Lake area. Any tips for good hounding sites?

If I'm in town that weekend I would love to take you and your family down to the Geode Beds. It is about a 3 hour drive (or less) from Salt Lake. If yuou wanna go on a day hike...I can take you to a few mines about an hour north of Salt Lake. It's hard for me to know if I'm gonna be around or not. I'm supposed to go back to Idaho to finish up a job and it might be around that time. Lets keep in toucjh!

Steve thanks for the offer. We'll be in Utah for a couple of days. If you would still like to take us out one day please PM me with your phone number so I can call you when we get there and figure out what we're doing. The kids are goign to be visiting with grandma and my boyfriend has family there that we'll be visiting so I'm not sure exactly which day is open.
I'd love to go somewhere and get some goodies. Any good rock shops in the area?
