i been buyin from rockshed since 2001 or 2002 never had a prob yet sounds like maybe a new person packing orders -- i think ill be callin soon i need a few more lb of ceramic filler since i have started tumbling again

I've been ordering from them for almost 5 years, no problems ever. I can tell ya one thing, he'll always make things right! Oh- also, I agree with calling on the phone. I never rely on email.

I agree, Shawn is top-notch. Snafus can happen with any business, they are very good about correcting things when there is a goof up. I have just ordered some more grit and some tumbling rock from them.

That's the one great thing about the shed, they take care of us. In one order of stone I got about three pieces of rocks that looked like they came off the side of the road. I then wrote him a humorous e-mail asking if he'd been drinking or something silly like that. The next thing I know he sent me 7 pieces of mixed Quartz including two pieces of real nice Tiger Eye! They just do us right! My daughter's 4th grade class will be studying geology for 9 weeks in this period and we'll be buying some soft stone to tumble in their class to show them the progression from start to finish. I didn't think of anyone else but the "Shed" for our stone.

I just ordered from the rock shed for the first time. I called and placed an order for a couple tumbler gaskets. Everything went well and shipping was quick.

I have ordered from Shawn many, many times and have been pleased over all. I have had two mix ups and both times, they were corrected. Was when one of his kids was helping out over a break and boxes just didn't get packed up right. He has always been quick to take care of any problem but he needs to know exactly what you want done and then he will do it.
Really great guy to deal with and full of good advice!

:2cents: I have nothing but praise for the Rock Shed. If they miss something they take care of it right away, and always ship at best rate. I really like their customer service. Ed
