Here is my Moon (moonstone) Over Owyhee. It has things wrong with it But lessons have been learned from it. They are not real obvious, I don't think, and if I didn't tell you, you probably wouldn't notice . . .however I am going to tell. First I could have done a better job setting the stones, but after I did that I noticed that I either missed soldering a couple of ring closures on the bezel connecting rings or didn't get them soldiered well. So I tried to fix that with the stones in, didn't succeed and in the process soldered a connecting ring to another. Also darkened areas on the stones. Ho-hum, I'll call it a practice run ;D nwileystudios.com/rocks/moon over 1.jpg[/img]

Dang, Nancy, that's terrific! It's WAY more advanced than the simple one I'm in the middle of attempting - very impressive!

I think it's fantastic too. I also love your stamp on the back, Nancy!

where did you get the stamp? I made it. I have been stamping directly on the back but forgot to do it this time, already had the bezel soldered on. So I just stamped a small piece of silver and soldered that on. I have a problem with remembering these days and jump in too quick with things before thinking everything through

Really great work Nancy. I like how the shape of the combination of stones looks. Also like the leather with the Owyhee. Jo

Nancy that is a stunning piece, you made cabs that flow so well and the moonstone compliments the Owyee perfectly, love the rings and the leather, I think it is a stunning piece, very ornate and labor intensive I am sure! Wear that with pride! I like your little stamp! Amber
