Here is what I did with that small tiger eye cab. This is my first attempt at setting a stone in a pre-made ring. I am sure there are many things I could have done different or better. What I did do, was after bending the prongs over, I filed and sanded the prongs into what I think is a better shape. I wanted to get them to lay closer to the stone. Appreciate any helpful comments! Tiger eye is one of my favorites. Love the way you made the ring your own by not being afraid to sand and shape the prongs:) Very nice:)

The pre-made jewelery pieces don't usually look as good as the hand made ones but this one is an exception. I couldn't had guessed it's pre made if you wouldn't had mentionned. The prongs are perfect for the stone, beautiful work!
