I really like that design and it's so nicely executed. Gets rid of the whole prong problem that mine had. Thanks for sharing. Jo

That is fantastic. It looks great.
One question - Where are the wire ends? I assume under ring's binding?

That's very nice. Doesn't look like your first time. I haven't tried a ring yet. I want to. I guess I should get a ring mandrell first. Yeah, who can do a tutorial?

I can probably put together a tutorial for this style of ring wrap. This style is called the Macintosh. I'm going to have to practice the Pharaoh wrap more before I can post a tutorial for it....that one is tricky.
Nate, yes the wire ends are under the bindings.

That looks sweet!! Knowing that the wire ends are under the bindings, I think that I might be able to figure this out (maybe).... just not sure how it will look when finished. lol

Yea, I would really like to learn to make this ring also. I have managed to make one pharoah style ring, and have wasted plenty of wire trying to make another one. They are very tricky and frustrating for someone new at wrapping like me.

very nice. I am inspired again. I have tried the Pharaoh ring, and it is complicated, I really like the ring video from "My Sunshine". I tend to cover to much of the stone. I know learning process Ed

Yeah, I've watched the video from "My Sunshine" about a dozen times now: www.dawnandevan.com/cabochan_wire_wrap_tutorial.htmHe makes it look so easy.....!!!! I've gone through more than a dozen attempts and just can't get it. I'm starting to suspect that my dead soft wire doesn't work with this design...the other big problem is figuring out now to get the gap right for the stone thickness between the hoops that you form to hold the stone. I'm going to get some HH practice wire and try again in a few weeks...
