Ken, very nice. Was doing some stone canyon scales, a fellow had picked out. They seemed solid but both fell apart. Finishing it with sodalite, now.

Well Dave, I started with tiger eye and one broke.....Went to dino bone....broke again.....went to coprolite....broke while sawing it out. Quit and started all over again this morning. Knew this was solid stuff. I really hate it when I get one cut and rough ground ready to glue and the other scale breaks on rough grinding. Several hours wasted. Did that on the tiger eye and dino bone Sat.

Oh another beautiful one, Ken! I love Stone Canyon and finally got a slab at the local show. I has pits though that I couldn't see till I made a cab. Still nice tho.
