Well thanks to a Yard sale Tumbler for $3 plus a belt and grit pack from Shawn. I'm now sucked into Tumbling rocks Roughly six weeks later with small rocks I had in rock garden I'm impressed. My wife mentioned last night something sounds different. I decided to open up the rotary Tumbler and the Rubber gasket Blew out with final polish. My wife has enjoyed doing Tumbling and she didn't mind the sound in the garage. Reminded her of a waterfall oh well. I kind of miss it at the moment as well. The next batch will be all preformed cuts to run another 5-6 weeks. I went to the 6th week tried the 60-90 grit for 2 weeks because the rocks were rough grade. Anything went into this mix soft or hard to observe. I would like to thank Bikerrandy and all who have written some great articles. I'm now learning Lampwork, and Glassblowing to add to my mix of Jewelry. My Genie sits behind me and I enjoy cabbing as well. I do this only for fun. Hopefully I will get my Videos on Stickham soon. I need to go cut some more slabs priority one. Thanks Rock & Flame On! Cliff Attachments:

You sure have a variety of stones there! Lots of great color and a pretty good shine! Way to go! You will find that as you keep doing loads, you will learn more and more and each time and they will get better and better! Welcome to the fun! Fran

Fran, The picture does nothing for the real shine. I'm going to try to use that polish on my Cabochons. I'm very impressed and my wife couldn't stop saying that's my favorite one. Yea yea there all her favorites!
I just finished cutting some more rocks and the Thumler is sounding great once again. I guess I will have to buy some more rocks.
Time to go turn my burner on an make a Glass Implosion Pendant.
Have A Great Day Cliff
