I'm heading to Delta this weekend for some rock hounding. My main focus is the geodes out at dugway, but want to get into some agate too if possible. Anyone have hot spots for agate in the delta area you'd be willing to share with me?

The mountain directly south and across the road from Topaz Mtn has agate and jasper all over it.
Lots of other places there too, but hard to tell you how to get to them.
Just stop every once in a while and look around.
The dugway beds are a blast!

I agree with catmandewe the hill to the south of topaz is a great place. If you get lucky there are some nice banded agate stalactites there. I have heard of a Bacon Agate comming from there but I do not know exactly where it comes from.
