I have only used them once but I am happy with the faceted stones I got back from them. They look good and price was reasonable. They were a bit lacking in communication as they said I would be notified when they got my stones but I heard nothing until they sent them back. For the price though I would use them again (worked out to $41 including shipping to Thailand and back ).
