Not sure if they are a vendor, per se, but just called Dremel customer service for something they definitely could have blown me off for, and they came through with flying colors! Bought a Dremel 400 XPR a couple of years ago that came with a flexshaft and somewhere in the shuffle (cause I remember seeing it) I lost the Driver Cap/ Square Drive Nut that is packaged separately in this itty bitty little nondescript baggie. Doh! Well I researched it and read to call Dremel to replace it. Just got off the phone with a CSR and they are sending me one free of charge. Should have it in 3-5 business days. Dremel absolutely helped me out and definitely stands behind their product. Just wanted to share. Jo
