Illegal Amnesty = new citizens likely to vote Democratic, that's what this office is going for.

Apparently this video is true. It is from 2007 and refers to the amnesty bill proposed under the Bush administration. I do have to agree that there may very well be a good chance of either party pandering to the hispanic when it comes to immigration reform. It will be interesting to see what final bill is proposed.

Bush tried time and again to push through "Immigration Reform" John McCain was one of the biggest supporters of it as well. That is in large part why conservatives lost faith in both of them. Both parties are populated with progressives who subscribe to the globalist agenda. They want open borders to enable the "balancing" of the economies in the northern hemisphere.

Yup Bill, exactly why the Tea Party was started. To weed out Republican weirdos and get back to the Conservatives we should be.

Yep, Bush and McCain were not friends of those of us who would like to see illegal immigration brought under control and everyone is after that Hispanic vote because lets face it, they're really good breeders and are the fastest growing voting block in the country. Of course, if we stopped illegal immigration, stopped anchor babies, and removed those illegals already here, that might do a little to diminish those increasing numbers.....Mel

Yeah, and I have a friend in Miami that says it can be pretty scary there too.
I would like to address the notion that those of us who oppose illegal immigration are racists who oppose immigration. That is exactly how the drive-by media tries to portray us. If you oppose the sort of blanket amnesty complete with perks that is being pushed you get branded as a hater. This country is made up of immigrants. We welcome those who play by the rules to have a life here, and have respect and a love for this country, and have knowledge and understanding of the special freedoms and opportunities this land offers.
Over a million people legally immigrate to the U.S. each year, and it is an affront to them as well as the rest of us when we allow the societal parasites to swarm in. We do need immigration reform. All immigrants need to follow the rules to earn citizenship. They must learn English, study civics and "demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of the history and of the principles and form of government of the United States. " Many legal immigrants to this country have a better understanding of the special freedoms we have than do many who are born here. America, the best nation that has ever existed.

Excellent point, Grayfingers. This is the point that you never hear from the apologists for illegal immigrants.
