Not bad at all Donnie. Those agates sure look great! The rose quartz did pretty well too. Looks like you might have had some mixed hardness in that batch. Are those three rectangular pieces hematite in the third pic? Jo

No, it's actually some kind of obsidian, just don't know which one.

I like that light green speckled one at the top of the third picture best but they all look really nicely finished. I can't resist tumbling large pieces either. I wind up getting in trouble during the final polish due to too many big pieces and no room for a good mix of sizes and shapes.

Nice batch. You can still cut cabs or freeforms out of the big ones. With the polish, you'll have a good idea of what the finished pieces will look like. Don

Cool batch Donnie.Is that some coral In the pic third from bottom?Amber gave me a piece at the NE roundup and it is patiently waiting for it's turn at the saw.

Mike, yes, that is coral. It's some I got from jcinpc. Don, I was wondering about that. I couldn't see any reason why I couldn't just go ahead & cut some of my bigger tumbled pieces into smaller shapes & that is just what I am going to do!!
