Howdy folks, well I finished my chores early enough to make another trip to my buddy's place with the gravel pile . Not a real good hunt but I did find a few things. Found a monster pet wood log, probably over a hundred pounds but it was just plain brown wood so I left it there. Here are some pics of some of the stuff I did keep. Thanks for looking....Mel My most frustrating find, just the very tip cap of a big, beautiful plume agate. Red poppy jasper: Red Moss agate: Couple of golden moss agates. Big one appears to have some plume too. Dead ringer for Nevada Bulls eye agate: Red and gold hickoryite type material:

With material like that in a gravel pile, I'd be over there with a front end loader and a garden hose, spreading and wetting and picking. Nice finds. Don

Very nice finds, you seem to have Beef's nose for rocks.
