At least I think they look pretty cool . 2 1/2 inch moss agate, took forever to get all the scratches out 2 Graveyard plume some sort of jade'ish rock Big Tiffany Stone cabbed front and back ? Maybe thunder egg guts? The piece de resistance, a very sweet Montana Moss agate. I swear it has a touch of fire in the right light. Thanks for looking, have a great weekend. Tim

That Montana moss might have a bit of iris effect in it. I've found iris in a couple, but they're few and far between. Don

Tim: That is beautiful moss, and you made a very nice cab from it. Your T egg guts looks more like Cornflake carnelian. The whole batch of cabs looks very good. Woody

Boy...that first cab is the Best! Those moss filaments look like they're just about ready to break through the stone. You did a great job on it. The Montana is nice too....looks like a promising candidate for Iris. Steve

Thanks for the nice words. What is the iris effect? I Google'd it and couldn't really find what it its. Is it that sort of internal double reflection? Woody, you were right about the cornflake carnelian. I looked that up too and it's a ringer. I double cabbed the Tiffany stone thinking it would look good in a wrap, problem is I can't wrap a present, let alone a rock. As a side note I learned Tiffany stone is tricky. The white material is much softer than the purple, easy to grind it out of the stone. Steve you are right about the first moss/plume. The moss is literally breaking threw the stone! Sort of makes a cool effect on the polish.
Again thanks Tim
