OK, bought the vib tumbler. Was directed here. Read a couple recipies for getting it done.... going to The Rock Shed to order grits..... I just keep thinking, I am a gold prospector! What am I doing with the leftovers from my highbanker?

So does anyone have any advice to add?

hey blissdragon I'm just starting on vib tumbling as well! keep an eye out for those really heavy minerals on the cons, often they are hematite or magnetite or exotic single crystals and should polish up real sweet in the vib. Good luck!

Always watch for all the cool stuff. But have always given it away! So now I guess I have to try to sort out all the good stuff for myself.... I have a bunch of river washed white quartz to start out with. As soon as my grit gets here.
