Wow, great pics and great rocks too. Glad you all had a good time despite the ailments. I would have thought you were in some areas of Montana from those views although I'm sure it was warmer there than here. Looks like your rock vision was working well on the trip. Thanks for sharing the pics with us.

Beautiful pics. The shot of the boys on the dock looks so peaceful and serene.
Ok, your haul is amazing but while I was looking, I put that and your sciatica together and all I thought of was: Ouch.
Even with a few obsticles, it looks like you had a great trip

Love the scenes you captured Beefy. The reds and oranges in your rocks match the flowers in your garden. Nice score! Jo

Brian: What a nice trip I bet you had a blast! Sorry to hear about your nerve I had that when I was pregnant and it was so annoying and painful! Ughghg! I love the lantana, I just planted mine and they are tiny, just annuals out here! Your pictures of your trips are always fun! Beautiful scenery and pretty rocks always seem to find their way to your truck, LOL! Amber

You always take such nice trips. Beautiful scenery out there. We'll have to head out that way on our next trip. And as usual you found some great rock. The banding in the luna looks nice. Is it clear enough to make doublets out of it? Glad to see you found a "bit" of pet wood. ;D

Thanks for sharing. That Alpine looks nothing like Alpine, TX. I see the Luna turn off every time we zip back and forth on the I-40. Always say "one of these days...".

What a beautiful trip! I know what you mean about the nerve problems. Well, lets you know you are alive I always say... I am just amazed at the beautiful material you always manage to come home with! Great job! Fran
