Someone ask me if I could make earrings out of fire agates. I have never made earrings so this will be a first. I found a couple of fire agates that are similar in color. I made the backs flat and super glued them together and shaped them. I came pretty close they are within 1/2 millimeter and 1/10th of a carat. I thought that was pretty cool. Here they are

I let them soak in a baby jar filled with acetone for about an hour or so then twisted them apart and cut the bottoms down so they were the same height.
