I recently picked up some fiber optic glass at a show and am hooked on the stuff. A web search lead me to Neolithics.com. Looking at their site they had lots of colors so I ordered 5 pieces to give it a try. First off this is low grade fiber optic glass, there are very few fibers through it and the glass is translucent. The high grade stuff is completely opaque. Secondly I ordered slabs and got preforms for blades or arrowheads. Lastly their packing was very poor and 3 of the 5 pieces had badly chipped corners. I sent several emails and got only one response which didn't address any of my concerns. I've chalked this up as a lesson learned and will not order from them again.

I've known Craig for years. There must be some kind of communication problem. I'll buy the pieces off you if you're not happy with them. I'll be seeing Craig at the Letchworth knappin in August and give him whatfer.

Well I called and sent 3 emails. He only answered one and never addressed the issues I brought up.
