this slab was given to me by a cousin . he got it in Michigan . it had lots of tiny fractures & pores . we decided to try to stabalize it by using Superglue .... it worked very well .. sorry no before or during pixs . we painted Superglue on both sides . it absorbed quickly into the slab . so we added another coat . then sanded off the faces to see how it looked . i cut off one edge to make 3 cabs . i am very happy with how it worked . i'll post better pixs of Cabs in Cab area . --paul

Thats cool stuff, looks like there's a lot of copper in the slab. I bet your cabs look great in the sunshine with the copper reflecting. Is it soft?

Very nice Paul. Three years ago, a buddy and I spent 5 days collecting in Michigan UP. I will post a pic of my favorite slab I cut from this mateial. Daniel
