because I just sold my baby, my Jeep. This was the thing I was dreading most. You know what this means. We are less than two weeks away from being complete and total idiots nomads. Randy & Cathy, Paul and Greg: you all rode in it with Angie and me. ![](http://i356.photobucket.com/albums/oo8/NatureNut_album/front-1.jpg) Did you ever think it would clean up so nice? LOL ![](http://i356.photobucket.com/albums/oo8/NatureNut_album/inside.jpg) Hauled lots of things with my baby... hay and straw, dogs, plants, dirt, rocks, a futon (yep, tied it on the top). I had it for 11 years and I loved every scrape, scratch, ding, dent and piece of dirt in and on it. It went to a good home and I got a good price for it. A young couple with a father who is retired from Chrysler and they get a good discount on parts. They're gonna give it tons of love. Right now I'm feeling a little like my heart has been cut out, and Angie isn't talking to me, but I'm sure when we get on the road, we will feel much better. I'll get another some day. Oh well... thanks for letting me share. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) Jo

Laugh it up, Randy! I really should have taken before and after pics. I had to vacuum it three times, LOL.

Couldn't you had it hooked on the back of the RV? I saw things like that last summer.

Adrian, yes we could have. In RV lingo, it's called a "Toad". (get it? towed=toad) But, alas, my little Jeep had many, many miles on it and we feared it would not do well with the amount of miles we intend to accumulate. Greg, I told ya, you have to stop juggling rocks while you're in the car, people think you are throwing them. ;D Hey, I actually thought of something that made me feel better... now that Bill and I are sharing the F350 diesel dually, I have room for LOTS more rocks. ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/grin.png)

haaahaaahaaa good point ...if the rv sits inside the bed when you make turns you have a automatic rock crusher ...lol good for tumbling sized rock ...

Aw, Jo. I bet while you were cleaning the memories were flooding. I'm glad it went to a good home. It makes it easier to let go of the old to make way for the new.
You & Bill really worked hard to make this move happen. Good for you!

Oh Jo, I know what you mean. After 18 months on the road we are now back and getting rid of all our stuff. It is so hard but the life on the road is so worth the new memories. Don and I have a rule while on the road. buy something throw something out. Boy the money you can save. Can't wait to meet up with you guys. Dorothy
