I have been trying to get a red cab for a money clip I want to make for a friend. Well, I keep working stones and just can't find the right one. Some turn out so nice it is a crime to set them into a bezel so you cannot see through them and others just may work. I just haven't decided yet. Check it out: Peitersite. Just can't get the bottom edge to round a bit better to fit properly I think this is hematite in Jasper from Catmandewe and it works in one of the settings, just a little more egg shape than I wanted but it did what it wanted to. This one is really pretty but there are some internal cracks showing up. In the shade outside: This on is a pegion blood from Catmandewe. It is just too pretty to put in the setting: After seeing so much red, I had to break the cycle. I took one stone that I had worked through the 3000 and still felt I could get it to shine better. I went to the 14000 and it looks pretty nice now. This was from Michael John. Then a pretty little imperial(?) that I got from Stonesthatrock Now, it is time to go face some yard work... Thanks for looking! Fran

Nice group of stones. The hematite in jasper is really cool looking and the imperial is awesome.

I'm partial to the Pidgeon Blood, but they are all striking cabs. Bob
