Had another great experience with John at JS Gems. I asked John for a quote on diamond belts and he got back to me with a quote and said the belts were boxed and ready to go. Sure enough, 2 days later I had the belts (lowest price I found) and some extras.
Great service and great prices! I highly recommend him!

I ordered a Nova wheel on Friday afternoon, he shipped it Saturday morning and it arrived Monday morning! From California to Arizona. Now THAT is fantastic customer service!!

I third that. I ordered on Tue.(he was at a show) and sent it out Wed. and got it in Mo. on Mon. (no UPS in the boonies on Sat.) Super service.

I have to brag on John again my Gryphon band saw went down on Wed. afternoon so I called John and he had the parts to me on Sat. You cant ask for any better service than that. Also i like that you don't have to press 1 for English because he answers the phone.  Keith |

I can think of several businesses that could benefit from learning from John on how to run a business! John has certainly made JSGems into one of the very best outfits to do business with. A few months ago I had ordered a Gryphon grinder from him, and it did not work. It was defective right out of the box. That is just one of those things that happen, certainly not his fault. I was amazed at how he spent time on the phone with me to troubleshoot the problem and to get me a working machine in very short order. He definitely is one of the best! Thank you again John!
