Well this is my first post so please bear with me. I have been reading these posts for a long time and finally decided to join because I need some help identifying a couple of rocks I found on a beach in Puget Sound. Your help is much appreciated. I have used many guides and still come up short. I thought it was sedimentary but after it ran through the tumbling process it was still solid and never broke apart. Thanks in advance! Attachments:

Wow, pictures kind of unclear. Looks a little like maybe some kind of puddingstone conglomerate or breccia but that's only a guess. A clearer picture taken from above might help....Mel

Thanks Mel. I googled both of those images and I tend to agree with you about Breccia.
