What do you use to produce that nice filework on a hardened blade? That really puts the icing on it!

Wow Ken! That is a low price too, as I've not seen Fordite under $10 a gram. I have some GMCite, tho not as pretty as Fordite, wider banding.

so how did you get the filework in the blades??? I want to make a stamp with my initials for stamping silver and I found a drill bit that might work but it is so hard that I am having a lot of trouble working it. any ideas

WarrenA Drill bits are very brittle, hit it with a hammer and you could end up with little pieces flying every where. You would be better of buying a small chisel or punch to make your stamp. Mike
