I had numerous pitted stones in this tumble. My fault. Just a bit too optimistic when I put them in. I opened this barrel last weekend and decided the polish another week. I saw the pits but did not expect them to get much worse..duh. Oh well, I'll get back on that doggie and try again.
This is a picture of the whole lot, laying on my newest grand-daughters blanky. 5 weeks old.
Mosses, woods and a jasper, mostly from the track and gravel pit. PIT? Maybe thats where......naw.

Montanas, the last of 'em for now.
Morrocan agate. I bought a half pound nodule of this. All the nodules were shaped like turnips. Kind of pricey.
