I've been trying some new techniques and new shapes of stones. Here are the results. some brown onyx with copper and copper beads. A small Rodeo Flats Agate in copper. another agate, new shape for me. Sedona Red Rock in copper. This one actually took a bit of shine. still don't know what kind of stone this is but I tried a double swirlie on it. another one from Jim's jar. A new shape for me wrapped in gold. Thanks for lookin' Amy

Very creative and cool. You did great on the "new" shapes and techniques. I especially like two swirls on the bottom of the moss agate and the beads on the first one really set off the stone without overwhelming it. Good job.

Beautiful. I like the first one and the 3rd one the most. The 2 wire spiral in the top of the 5th one is also very interesting.

Wow, Amy - the first one with the beads - I been trying to visualize how I would go about keeping everything straight with all those beads on there, and I gotta say, I don't think I could even come close! That's a knockout piece, for sure. And the stone in #6 is just awesome! They're all great.

Very nice, Amy! I have a couple of rock I have been thinking about doing something like what you did with the first one. Nice to see before hand what it would look like!

Great stuff! I would suggest cutting the flat ends off of the swirls/loops and then use the round nose pliers to close the loop again. that way there's no flat spots at the end of your loops. Great ideas...mind if I steal a few? lol!

I am not a fan of copper, but that one with the beads is pretty cool. Love that moss agate cab, the other wraps are great also. Donna
