Nice batch John,My wife loves the banded agate. Did you get you Louisiana banded agate from the Amite River? I have been wanting to get down there and get me some to tumble. Just cant find the time.....We find a few up this way but not many.

Thanks everyone....Hey Slabcabber I havn't hit the Amite river yet ..I find most of my stuff on the Homochitto and other creek beds around Natchez...I have walked a few creeks down by Baton Rouge....John

I used to walk and flyfish on the Comitte for bass. Maybe I need to go back there since I started tumbling. You have any suggestions or just walk around with your eyes down.

Hey Robboo, Look for gravel bars ,walk slow..head down,carry a walking stick to flip the rocks and to check for (soft)sand....Mainly take your time and enoy the walk....John
