It very well could be Lahontanite. I won about a 20lb chunk of this in a silent auction a couple of years ago. It was labeled as Tonopah Jasper. I see that Lahontanite is also found in Nevada, so it could be one in the same. There wasn't any darker green areas in this rough though. Seems almost like a porcelain jasper.
