Diane (drocknut) and I had the honor of meeting Tom and Debby's (montanamuskrat) friend, Dick Daniels. He's been wire wrapping a long time and brought some for us to see. What a treat it was to see his work. Hope you enjoy!
This last one was a precast setting that he order in which he set some of his Fire Agates. I'm going to do another thread about Dick's Fire Agates and will come back and edit this and add the link.
Dick is a wonderful man. I think from talking with him that he has a keen eye for seeing beauty and the ability to feature that beauty in wire while creating a true art piece. His unique way of seeing things and translating it into jewelry is a way for him to share his passion with others.
All of us had a wonderful time talking about rocks and wraps and all things lapidary. He is happy to share his knowledge with others. He was kind enough to let me take pictures and share his work with all of you.
