Hello.
I am needing various width sizes spaces for a 5/8" shaft on my arbor. I can't seem to find them and my attempts to make them are unsuccessful (they are not straight enough).
Does anyone know where I can get these?
Thanks, Dave

Dave:
Your best bet is to make them yourself. I assume that you have 5/8 tubing, so all you need is a tubing/pipe cutter. since you will not be using this much, buy a second hand one or cheap import. This way, you will get the sizes you need. An alternative is to find a pipe fitter or plumber, and have your tubing cut to the lengths you need. (probably more expensive than the pipe cutter. Woody

So you don't know anybody with a chop/miter/cutoff/radial arm saw? www.harborfreight.com/bench-top-cut-off-saw-42307.htmlcpdad had said in the past he could make them (I don't know the cost), BUT, I believe he is busy getting busy for a couple of weeks (gettin' hitched). Dr Joe .
