Something a bit different for me. I came into these obsidian obelisks, so I drilled 5 of them and made this necklace. Seems a bit heavy to me, but what do I know? If I was a "beader", I might could have done something a little fancier, but hey - I feel special just knowing that I actually had an idea! LOL! Hope y'all like it! Thanks for looking, Tom

That is very nice--I like what you've done with them and it will be a perfect accent piece.

Thanks. I was thinking about using a couple more of the obelisks to make a pair of earrings, but they are pretty heavy - I doubt many ladies would want to weigh themselves down like that. On the other hand, I also am thinking about a brooch. Oh my, so many trees, so little time...... Tom

That looks very nice! I wear heavy necklaces and I know that there are lots of woman that do! As for heavy earrings I don't have a long neck so I wear studs and small earrings
I do know that there are women that do love big stuff in jewelry!

Looks good, and you would be surprised at some of the stuff women will dangle from thier ears as I have said the same but we always sell the big earrings. You just never know.

That really looks great Tom! I have seen woman wearing a lot of bigger jewelry the last few years and the interest doesn't seem to be fading. Have fun creating! Fran
