Howdy folks, Haven't been cutting much lately, as my blade has needed sharpening. Finally got around to running through some Devil's Toenails which wasn't worth photographing but sharpens up a blade real well and then, while doing yard work, I cut a couple of the Rio Grande agates I got from my friends front yard the other day. here are a few pics. Thanks for looking.....Mel Had high hopes that his one was going to be a plume agate but it just turned out to be interesting moss: Closer look: Just another moss agate:

Daniel: The Rio Grande Plume I got from Matt Dillon at the San Antonio show has kind of a white patina coated exterior with faint plume etchings. This one does show some plumy etchings on the exterior and has the whitish crust but alas no plume *L*......Mel

Looks like it was trying to make some red plumes. Still really nice the way it came out.

Looks like some nice material Mel. Have you cut that orbicular/brain looking piece yet?
