Hi all, I had no idea how I wanted to wrap this stone and this is where the wire took me. I made the cab from one of Stoneviews dollar specials. It was wonderful to work. The wrap reminds me of some type of Egyption god or Little Bo Peep. When I finished the wrap, it seemed that it needed a staff or shephards hook. The hook is removable. This was one from the first group of cabs that I ever made and I think the rough came from beefjello. Also, I just set up an etsy account under my name sitnwrap. I only have these two up there but if you want to check it out and offer constructive advice, I would welcome it. Thanks for looking. Lori sitnwrap.etsy.com

Lori, Those are beautiful! I love the pink stone, but would be happy with either. I don't know what the stones are but they both stand out and the gold silver combo on the fist is great. Job well done. Tanya

your work is always so tight and perfect. you set the standard for the rest of us. I like both of them. I like the first one better with the staff. I say it's an egyption god.
What is stoneviews?

Both are beautiful, really like them both. Something mystical about the first one though.

BeLinda, after I wrapped it I googled for images of Egyptians gods. The first image that came up looked like I tried to copy it in wire. lol Amyk, Stoneviews is an RTH member who has a website offering slab specials for a dollar. This is his link if you want to take a look. www.stoneviews.com/Thanks everyone for your nice comments.
