I like to tumble finish batches like this. Ones showing a lot of promise can be pulled out and taken to a cabbing wheel, but the rest can go for the full ride.

Wow - 6.5 hours in front of a trim saw! Amazing stamina, Marie!
They all look good - great shapes, nice material - someone (with little bitty fingers and great eyesight!) is gonna have a lot of fun with them, for sure!

Gee, I hope you sold them to someone on the RTH so we can see the finished product. Those are really great shapes and beautiful colors.

Can't tell, but are they all close to the same thickness? How much are you looking for on a couple pounds of them? PM me if interested.. Thanks!

These were all sold to a couple different people, but I dont think they are members here on RTH. I have suggested it to both of them, so we'll see. 1 of them is using them as practice stones, trying to improve her technique, the other, I dunno. I had a lot of fun cutting yesterday, thos little ones were a bugger to make all trimmed up and ready to pull from a bucket and cab. They are all varrying thickness, but most are the 1/4" thick size. I may have a bunch more sometime this week, we'll see how the week goes with other things happening! LOL Today we went hounding, and found about 2 lbs. of small tumbling agates....was warm, and pretty out, so took advantage, tomorrow I am making cabs again, so.....
