Oh, I had one. It acts cheaper too but handles a good amount of rock that is manageable. The motor gave out after about 6 months and I hadn't used it that much. I called and was told I must have let grit get into the motor... as if I could stop it. It would leak around the lid. I finally put a rolled up plastic bag around the outer edges each time I started it to keep it from leaking out and down the outside of the bowl. I would cut the bag off and throw it right in the trash and get another one. The plastic bowl will scratch and peel right away and that can be problematic with holding grit so you always need a second for polish or you will never get a good shine. It is loud too. I bought a UV 10 after the raytec quit and it is so much quieter and no problems with the bowls pealing or leaking. The only problem with the 10 is coming up with enough rock that has tumbled to the point it is ready to move forward in the vibe. If you can wait and save up, you will be much happier with a UV 10 or a Lot O. I have head that they now have a UV 3 also so maybe that is the way to go.. Just my thoughts. Fran
