That one is so pretty! Is it fairly solid or is there a lot of softer sandy areas to it? Looks like it will make a ton of beautiful cabs! Fran

No crappy areas on that cut , is very minor pitting , I tested hardness at between 3 1/2 to 5 1/2 , need to refine it yet . i say yes! it will polish . ;D

That's really wild Ted! Is that the first example you've found in the area? Neat!! The only ,just like this . It has been part of a border of a flower bed at home for two years . I have others of different colors and material , even quartz .

Now that is just some cool stuff...spent a lot of time picking up the limestone crinoids near my home, never seen this stuff before! Please keep us updated with your progress...
