Anyone know of anything in the Lake Eufaula area of Oklahoma to be found? We bought two lots on the lake and are going up there in a couple of weeks and was wondering, Is there any thing there. Or in the southeast corner. So if anyone knows of anything please let me know. Thanks

slabcabber, I live in oklahoma for now, we live about 30 miles west of eufalla, at holdenville lake you can find fossils, petwood, lots of tube/buld roots that are fossilized. there are lots of neat things in oklahoma to find..but you have to do alot of looking for it. steve

My parents live there, but if I said you could find two old fossils there I think I would be up for a whoopin'!
Seriously, found some nice agate along the Illinois River near Tallequah (sp?) there, nice canoe float trip area.
