I haven't had time to post in awhile but i came across these and just had to show and tell. Some nice owyhee with great colors and pattens. This one is about 1/2" thick. If you could cut it in half it might make great knife scales.. These last 2 are China Hollow Biggs jasper. This is what I was told. I've been kicking this rock around the yard for over a year. Finally cut it up this week. Oh ! Boy !! I love it. Does anyone know more about China Hollow, its hard to find any information on it. ty mary ann

I've heard of China Hollow, but don't have any info on it. A friend of mine has collected quite a bit in the Biggs area. He's on the road right now. I'll see if he has any info the next time I hear from him. ---- Don

China Hollow is the name of a Biggs Jasper mine a little bit west of the town of Biggs. It is owned by Don Hildebrand.
