Hey Donnie - Great cuts, That geode you cut looks to be from Kentucky or somewhere around there. I commonly see these being "geodized fossils" - Check out this link on them - www.relic-master.com/geodized_fossils.htmI have several in my collection "uncut" which are snail shells, and even a star fish. Love em! Jason

Donnie, looking foward to a Hematite Onyx cab. I've never seen or heard of that type of rock. Would make a beautiful cab and wrap

Nice pieces Donnie. I really like the dark one with the red lightening bolts in it. It sure is cold up here too (12 degrees F). I just cut seven preforms, and my hands were almost numb too. And that's with steaming hot tap water in the saw resivoir...

Tomorrow's another day, plus I'll have a new blade on & I'll be better able to tackle the larger rocks. Thanks, Jason for the info. That is pretty cool!!!

first two are chert, hematite , third is quartz with some other minerals ,can`t see it good , if green probably chlorite , The geode is from here too . Jason is right , the geodes are all mineral replaced fossils . i find tons of these . Get ,a better picture ,i can see the navy chalcedony but not the other crystals .
